Final Cut: Homage - A Hidden Objects Mystery Game App Reviews

At last a Big Fish game without any glitches. But despite a few minor glitches in the previous Final Cut games, Ive thoroughly enjoyed the series. Looking forward to the next chapter.

Id probably like this game a whole lot better if I could actually play it. I havent even able to get it past the loading page for days without it crashing. Glad I didnt pay to unlock it.

Crashes every 5 minutes

When I started playing this game I enjoyed it quite a bit setting aside that it would crash a couple of times every time Id play. The farther I got into the game the more it would crash and finally it erased my progress. I was frustrated I had to start all over again but I worked my way back, (almost), to the last scene I was on and it crashes a second time clearing away all I had gone back to recover again. This is ridiculous. I wish I hadnt paid for this crap.

Was really enjoying this one until it reset my progress midway through the game. Tried playing again and the same thing happened yet a second time, and then a third, each time resetting at different intervals. Unless youre prepared to play this game in its entirety, and in a single sitting, dont even bother. Yet another piece of junk released by Big Fish. Sadly it seems that the company is more invested in releasing gambling games and other types of genres that are already over-saturating the market, than focusing on the type of quality games they became known for. Because lets be real, theres more money to be made from slot machines & poker, and pay to play games, rather than the pay once, own it for life games that made them who they are...they just dont seem to care about the complaints and very rarely release updates to fix the bugs. Heres hoping the actual developers like EleFun, realise that youre giving them a bad name and move on to a new distributing company, one that actually cares about the products theyre releasing...because its obvious that you dont, not anymore anyway. Shame on you, Big Fish.

When the package is delivered to the cafe, once its pit on the table, It shuts off every time. Nothing gets saved, so you have to start over again. After five downloads, I gave up. Not worth the wasted time.

Crashed after I went back down elavator.

Ive reinstalled the game many times due to the game crashing. I paid for the game because the free beginning was very good. After I paid thats when all the problems started. Fix the game please!!!

I was thrilled to see another installment in the Final Cut series! I think the second (and brilliant) chapter "Encore" set the standard too high - I was a bit let down with "Homage"... I was able to play through the game with no problems, but felt the game lost some of the polish of the earlier two. It seems as though the developers were rushed to get the game out and it showed. It would surely have waited to play another gem. Eipix can put out top shelf games and I will patiently, yet eagerly, await their next effort. Hopefully it will be as great as they are capable of creating!! I cant bring myself to give this game three stars, it is a solid game....

Once you get it to work correctly the game is awesome. I love the old deco Hollywood scenarios. So far I am really enjoying it.

Trouble skipping games and some puzzles are unsolvable even using the helpful guide.

When I quit the game and then come back, Im in the same spot I was when I left the game, except a bunch of items disappear, and sometimes I cant go back and get them. This means Im stuck, as I have no way to get the items I need to move forward in the game.

Game kept crashing. I had to start the game from the beginning because the objects in my inventory kept disappearing. The objects in my inventory would freeze and I could not use them.

As like the others, this game keeps crashing and I havet start all over again. This happened at least five times. I wish I could get my money back but I stuck with this "so and so" game

One glitch was that I would occasionally have to exit the game and restart my iPhone for an area to work (ex. Getting the ladder to come down). Other than that it was fun, a good way to relax and had an interesting story line.

I love this series, especially the first one. But this was quite a let down. Most of the minigames were way too simplistic. It was irritating that the minigames and most hidden object scenes were too small. I also wish there was the ability to zoom in and out of the various scenes. The saving grace of the game is the plot. I really liked it. I actually liked this plot better than the second games storyline. So, because of that, the game gets four stars. Oh, and just to state- I did not have the freezing and crashing problems that other reviews mentioned.

I loved this game thought it was better and more advanced than the others unique HOS like no other loved the story and graphics and music also not annoying to hear. Cant wait for swquel

I really liked it especially the beach scene. Almost as good as the 1st installment. Cant wait until next iPhone installment!

Objects disappeared preventing me from completing game

Kept crashing and sometimes would start over with my inventory totally wiped out and sometimes it would start me over with inventory from future scenes. Come on, youve done enough of these, why still glitchy???
